Significance of the Study

  1. No other study has demonstrated the effects of a single intervention program on both positive and negative aspects of work and work-related issues such as work engagement and power harassment, making this research advanced and of great social significance.

  3. By showing that power harassment prevention measures not only prevent the negative effects of power harassment, but also have positive effects such as increasing the vitality and enthusiasm of workers and the productivity of companies, it is possible to bring about theoretical development of both concepts and clearly demonstrate the significance of power harassment prevention measures, which are often viewed as a cost.
